The Godfather of Independent Film
Mr. Wright has been involved in media industry for over twenty-five years in various positions in agency packaging, development, distribution, financing, and production.
Over his career, Michael has enjoyed stints at 20th Century Fox, Ninth House, Warner Brothers, Triad Artists, Samuel Goldwyn & SilverScreen Pictures.
Mr. Wright has produced over 15 feature films and TV pilots, written and directed a Stephen King film, created the first of its kind, online interactive, live action game, while continuing to write content for studios and various independent film and TV companies.
Mr. Wright is a member of the PGA, WGA and WGC as well as a certified Covid Compliance Officer for the media industry.
A twenty-eight-year industry veteran, Mr. Harrington is a former athlete turned actor who went on to develop and produce dozens of feature films.
In 2012 he co-founded and started Outpost Media, an international production and post-production facility in Ontario, Canada, that helped shape an industry in the northern territory and developed, produced, and posted sixteen feature films within a 4-year period, all of which received global distribution.
Christopher then went on to join forces with Sugar Studios Los Angeles, a state of the art post-production facility to help build out their model and launch their content arm, Sugar Pictures. At Sugar Christopher successfully financed, executive produced and posted dozens of feature films in his tenure. Christopher is a member of PGA and SAG.
Christina Laughlin, the youngest child of the Godparents of independent film, Tom Laughlin and Delores Taylor, grew up on film sets and in Production offices. As her parents created the Billy Jack franchise, Christina learned every facet of the film business from some of its most legendary players.
She has written for multiple media outlets, including the Huffington Post. Christina became a prolific screenwriter and script doctor for Outpost Media on over a dozen motion pictures. In addition, Christina over the years has been a script doctor on a number of independent and studio projects.
Today, Christina is co-owner of the BILLY JACK franchise and Co-Founder of DOVETALE MEDIA. Christina is Co-Showrunning and writing the TV series King of Killers, writing and producing the feature film KANE, as well as spearheading and developing a slate of feature film IP and series IP under the DOVETALE MEDIA banner.
